Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
- PerformAir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes to the address once your order has been processed. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
