Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India!
Tracking Your Order

If You Haven't Received Your Order
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@revoxx.shop with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Revoxx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes to the address once your order has been processed. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
